1. Introduction
Agreement to use ParkMitra
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access, usage, participation, registration, booking, listing, partnership, investment visibility, and all related interactions with the Park Mitra platform, applications, websites, dashboards, digital systems, and associated services operated under Aararu Holdings Private Limited (“Park Mitra”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing, browsing, registering, listing, booking, partnering, investing, collaborating, or otherwise using Park Mitra services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Definitions
Key terms used in this document
Platform: all Park Mitra mobile applications, websites, APIs, dashboards, software systems, operational interfaces, communication channels, and related digital infrastructure.
User: any individual or entity accessing or using the platform for parking booking, browsing, communication, or related services.
Parking Owner / Host: any property owner, authorized representative, institution, or partner listing parking or related infrastructure on the platform.
Business Partner: any retail, service, loyalty, mobility, or commercial partner participating within the Park Mitra ecosystem.
Collaborator: any operational, strategic, technological, infrastructure, ecosystem, or expansion participant working with Park Mitra.
Investor: any individual or organization exploring, reviewing, discussing, or participating in investment-related opportunities associated with Park Mitra.
Content: any data, text, images, graphics, logos, documents, communications, submissions, listings, or media available on or through the platform.
3. Eligibility
Who may use the platform
- Legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable law
- The information provided is accurate and lawful
- Not prohibited from using such services under applicable law
- Complies with all applicable regulations, rules, and policies
Park Mitra reserves the right to deny access, suspend accounts, or terminate services at its sole discretion.

5. User accounts
Registration, responsibility, and security
5.1 Registration
Users may be required to register using mobile number, OTP verification, email address, KYC details, and identity verification information.
5.2 Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, safeguarding credentials, preventing unauthorized access, ensuring information accuracy, and all activity conducted through your account.
5.3 Unauthorized use
You must immediately notify Park Mitra regarding unauthorized account access, credential compromise, suspicious activity, and fraud concerns.
6. Parking booking terms
Digital reservation rules
6.1 Booking nature
Bookings made through Park Mitra are digital reservation requests subject to location availability, operational conditions, timing, property access conditions, and local restrictions.
6.2 User responsibility
Users must arrive within allowed time limits, park responsibly, comply with property rules, avoid illegal or unsafe behavior, and follow operational instructions.
6.3 Overage and misuse
Additional charges, penalties, restrictions, or suspensions may apply for overstaying, misuse, fraudulent bookings, unauthorized parking, and operational disruption.
6.4 Vehicle responsibility
Vehicle safety remains the responsibility of the vehicle owner or operator unless otherwise explicitly stated by applicable law. Park Mitra does not assume responsibility for theft, damage, vandalism, accidents, weather impact, or third-party acts.
7. Parking owner / host terms
Listing, operations, and revenue expectations
7.1 Listing authority
Hosts represent and warrant that they legally own, control, or are authorized to manage the listed property, the listing information is accurate, and the parking infrastructure complies with applicable laws and permissions.
7.2 Operational responsibility
Hosts remain responsible for property condition, operational safety, legal permissions, taxation obligations, insurance requirements, and local regulatory compliance.
7.3 Digital listing
Park Mitra may digitally display listings, optimize visibility, modify listing presentation, remove non-compliant listings, or suspend listings for security or operational reasons.
7.4 No revenue guarantee
Park Mitra does not guarantee occupancy, income levels, customer demand, profitability, or utilization rates.
8. Business partner terms
Promotion, engagement, and compliance
Business partners acknowledge that loyalty integrations may vary, customer engagement levels are not guaranteed, campaign performance depends on multiple market factors, and promotional visibility may change dynamically.
Partners remain responsible for compliance with applicable advertising laws, customer claims, product or service quality, taxation, and invoicing obligations.
9. Investor terms
Informational only, not a promise
9.1 Informational nature
All investment-related information displayed on the platform is informational only unless formal legally binding agreements are executed.
9.2 No financial advice
Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, securities advice, legal advice, a guaranteed return commitment, or investment solicitation unless formally documented.
9.3 Due diligence
Investors are solely responsible for independent due diligence, risk evaluation, legal review, tax consultation, and financial analysis.
9.4 Risk acknowledgment
Investments may involve business risk, operational risk, technology risk, market risk, regulatory risk, infrastructure risk, and liquidity risk. Past projections or growth discussions do not guarantee future performance.
10. Collaborator terms
Flexible, formal, and performance-based
Collaborators acknowledge that collaboration structures may evolve, commercial terms require formal agreement, operational roles may vary by region and scope, and partnership continuation depends on performance, compliance, and ecosystem needs.
11. Payments and wallets
Transactions, charges, and refunds
11.1 Digital transactions
Payments may occur through wallets, UPI, payment gateways, banking systems, and partner integrations.
11.2 Fees and charges
Park Mitra may charge booking fees, platform fees, convenience fees, service charges, operational fees, and subscription fees.
11.3 Refunds
Refunds may depend on cancellation timing, operational circumstances, fraud review, technical verification, and applicable policies. Park Mitra reserves the right to investigate suspicious refund activity.
12. Loyalty credits and rewards
Reward structure and limitations
Loyalty credits may have expiration periods, may carry usage restrictions, may not be redeemable for cash, may be modified or discontinued, and may depend on ecosystem participation.
Park Mitra may change reward structures without prior notice where legally permissible.
13. User conduct
What users must not do

- Exploit vulnerabilities

14. Fraud prevention and monitoring
Monitoring and enforcement
Park Mitra may monitor transactions, review suspicious activity, investigate misuse, temporarily restrict accounts, suspend services, and cooperate with authorities.
Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension, permanent bans, legal proceedings, and financial recovery actions.
15. Privacy and data protection
Linked policy framework
Use of the platform is also governed by the Park Mitra Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to collection of operational data, processing of personal information, security monitoring, fraud prevention systems, and lawful data disclosures.
16. Intellectual property
Brand, software, content, and systems
All platform content including branding, logos, trademarks, UI/UX systems, software, designs, source code, documentation, media, and business systems remain the property of Park Mitra and/or Aararu Holdings Private Limited unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use, copying, reverse engineering, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
17. Platform availability
Maintenance and feature changes
Park Mitra may modify services, suspend services, discontinue features, perform maintenance, restrict regions, and update operational systems without prior notice where necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
18. Third-party services
External services used by the platform
The platform may integrate with payment gateways, mapping providers, cloud providers, analytics systems, communication providers, and external services.
Park Mitra is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, policies, or failures.
19. Limitation of liability
Risk stays with the user
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Park Mitra, Aararu Holdings Private Limited, affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, operational interruptions, investment losses, parking disputes, property disputes, technical failures, unauthorized access, or third-party actions.
Use of the platform remains at your own risk.
20. Indemnification
Your responsibility for misuse and breaches
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Park Mitra and Aararu Holdings Private Limited against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, expenses, or legal costs arising from misuse of the platform, legal violations, fraudulent conduct, inaccurate information, contractual breaches, and operational disputes.

22. Force majeure
Events beyond control
Park Mitra shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, government actions, infrastructure failures, internet outages, pandemics, labor disruptions, utility interruptions, or events beyond reasonable control.
23. Suspension and termination
When access can end
Park Mitra may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, suspicious activity, fraud concerns, legal requirements, operational risks, security threats, or abusive behavior. Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.
24. Governing law and jurisdiction
India, Pune, Maharashtra
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
25. Changes to terms
Revisions and updates
Park Mitra may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
26. Severability
If one clause falls, the rest stand
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
27. Entire agreement
The complete agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and related policies, constitute the complete agreement between users and Park Mitra regarding platform usage.
